Julien Ravalais
Julien Ravalais dirige RiseWel. Il a passé vingt ans au cœur de la décision publique et économique : représentation de la France auprès des institutions européennes, Mission permanente auprès des Nations unies à New York, ambassade de France à Londres, direction générale du Trésor, direction générale de Business France, puis conseiller de la Directrice générale de l'UNESCO. Il a également une expérience des partenariats public privé et de la banque d'affaires, notamment en financement et en levée de fonds. Il a été formé à Sciences Po Paris, à la Cardiff Law School et à la Harvard Kennedy School. Julien Ravalais leads RiseWel. He spent twenty years at the centre of public and economic decision making: the representation of France to the European institutions, the Permanent Mission to the United Nations in New York, the French Embassy in London, the French Treasury, the senior management of Business France, and then adviser to the Director General of UNESCO. He also has experience in public private partnerships and investment banking, notably in financing and fundraising. He studied at Sciences Po Paris, Cardiff Law School and the Harvard Kennedy School.
